Neobux account suspended

I was member in Neobux. I was getting advertise everyday but then
somebody else used my computer as we have common computer here . He
also became member of neobux so now my account is suspended and his
also. saying that only one account per computer. Is it fair that when
we have different email id and everyhting is different can,t we login
on one computer. I was nearing my payput also. Please share
